1. Advertisers may book and pay for Advertising now.  Subsequent payments will not be due until the Advertising period paid for from the official launch date, or in the case of the Wish List page, until it goes Live.
   
   
2. Weddings4u guarantee that the price you pay today is the price you will always pay, based on a continuous partnership between Weddings4u and the Advertiser.
   
   
3. Advertisers may upgrade from an existing Advertising plan anytime during the current Advertising period.  The Advertiser will be liable for the difference between the existing Advertisement and the upgraded Advertisement.
   
   
4. The Advertiser must supply their own advertising information : artwork, images, photos, contact details, descriptions, and anything else pertaining to the advertisement.
   
   
5. Weddings4u reserves the right to edit the Advertiser's supplied information.
   
   
6. In the event of the Advertiser requesting an amendment to their advertisement, Weddings 4u shall comply with that request to the best of its abilities within a 7 day period after the advertisment first appears on www.weddings4u.com.au / www.centralcoastweddings4u.com.au.
   
   
7. Any Advertising amendments following 7 days after the advertisements first appearance will be charged at a rate of $33 for the updates.
   
   
8. The Advertising period will commence on the day the advertisement goes live onto the www.weddings4u.com.au / www.centralcoastweddings4u.com.au website.
   
   
9. Advertising Fees must be paid by cheque, direct deposit, or credit card through PayPal.
   
   
10. Advertising Fees must be paid within 14 days after the start of the advertising period.
    
    
11. Advertising Fees are refundable within 7 days after the start of the advertising period. 
    NO Advertising Fees will be refunded after 7 days.
    
    
12. Weddings4u will notify the Advertiser of its advertisement expiry day 14 days prior to that date.
    
    
13. Weddings4u reserves the right to refuse any business to advertise.
    
    
14. Weddings4u reserves the right to terminate an advertisement at any time.
    
    
15. Weddings4u accepts no responsiblity for any occurrences that may happen in consequence of the Advertiser advertising on Weddings4u.
    
    
16. Weddings4u values the opinions and comments from its Advertisers and Client base.  If you have any ideas for improvements please e-mail us with your constructive comments and ideas.  We cannot guarantee the opionion or comment will be used.
    
    
17. Weddings4u shall not release the Advertisers information to any other person without the consent of the said Advertiser.
